In-Person Instruction

    This course is designed for Federal employees who participate in their organization's budget execution processes and need to become familiar with the principles, laws, and procedures affiliated with proper budget execution.

  • DOLLARS AND SENSE

    This course is an informative overall introduction to government financial management. Participants become acquainted with the historical context of the federal government and the legal concepts that drive congressional appropriation actions.

  • FEDERAL BUDGET PROCESS

    This course is designed to provide participants an understanding of pertinent budget legislation, how agencies get funding, budget formulation, the Congressional budget process, budget execution, reviews, audits and the budget of the United States.

  • INTERNAL CONTROLS FOR MANAGEMENT

    This course is designed for Federal managers/employees who participate in their organization's Internal Control processes and need to become familiar with the laws, standards, and requirements affiliated with the Federal Internal Controls process.

  • INTERNAL CONTROLS OVER FINANCIAL REPORTING

    This course is designed to provide guidance for implementing the new requirements for Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) per OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A. Prior experience with or knowledge of internal controls and federal financial statements is recommended.

  • PREPARING FEDERAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - U.S. STANDARD GENERAL LEDGER

    This course is designed for Federal financial management personnel and staff responsible for preparing, reviewing, or auditing agency financial statements.

  • PROMPT PAYMENT ACT

    This course is designed to help participants gain an understanding of the Prompt Payment Act and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance effectively.

  • RISK MANAGEMENT

    This course is designed for Federal employees who participate in their organization's operational and program decision-making processes and need a basic understanding on the various risk management, principles, tools, techniques and assessments to facilitate risk-based

  • STANDARD GENERAL LEDGER - UPWARDS AND DOWNWARDS ADJUSTMENTS

    This course is designed for federal financial managers and accounting staff responsible for accounting transactions involving the adjustments of obligations in various funding accounts.

  • STATEMENTS OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS [SFFAS]

    This course is designed for Federal financial management personnel who are responsible for updating, reviewing, or determining the accuracy and reliability of accounting data pertaining to assets, liabilities, net position, revenue, expenses, gains and losses.

  • US STANDARD GENERAL LEDGER PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

    This course is designed for federal financial managers and employees involved in any aspect of implementing or using the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL) to record events or prepare financial statements.

TSC Enterprise, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Credits 

In order to be awarded the full CPE credits four our courses, you must respond to at least 75% of the  attendance checks conducted during the training.

Refunds and Cancellations

Requests for refunds must be received in writing seven business days before the course and will be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
